Roadside calls are usually faster and cheaper than towing, and our dispatcher will tell you straight which one your situation is.
What we handle roadside
- Battery jump starts — and an honest read on whether the battery will strand you again tomorrow.
- Flat tire changes — your spare installed safely, or a tow to a tire shop if you don't have one.
- Vehicle lockouts — non-destructive entry that doesn't leave marks on your door.
- Fuel delivery — enough gas or diesel to reach a station. It happens to everyone; West Texas distances make it happen more.
- Winch-outs — stuck in mud, sand, or a ditch but undamaged? We pull you back to the pavement.
Built for Lubbock conditions
This is a hard town on cars. Summer heat over 100° cooks batteries; the first real cold snap in December kills the weak ones by the hundreds. Dust storms and hail send debris across every lane of the Loop. And when freezing drizzle glazes the overpasses on I-27, the ditches fill up fast. A huge share of our roadside calls come from the Texas Tech area — jump starts in the commuter lots, lockouts on Broadway, flats on University Ave. Tell dispatch you're on or near campus and exactly which lot or garage you're in; it's a big campus and precision saves you twenty minutes.
Roadside call or tow?
If the car can be made safely drivable where it sits, it's a roadside call. If it can't — no spare, battery won't hold a jump, something's leaking or broken — it's a tow, and we'll quote both up front so there's no surprise if plan A doesn't work.
