- Overton & North Overton
- Depot District
- Downtown Lubbock
- Heart of Lubbock
- Maxey Park
- Melonie Park
- Kingsgate
- Shadow Hills
- Caprock
- Bacon Crest
- South Lubbock / 98th St corridor

- South Plains Mall area
- Lubbock Preston Smith Airport
The highway corridors
- I-27 — north toward New Deal, Abernathy, and on to Plainview; south to the 87 split. Overpass ice collects vehicles here every winter storm.
- US-62/82 (Marsha Sharp Freeway) — through the heart of town and west toward Wolfforth and Brownfield.
- US-84 — northwest to Shallowater and Littlefield; southeast to Slaton and Post. Heavy truck traffic means heavy road debris.
- US-87 & Loop 289 — the daily grind, plus Spur 327 and FM 1585 on the growing south side.
Surrounding communities
We regularly run calls to Wolfforth, Shallowater, Slaton, Idalou, New Deal, Abernathy, Ransom Canyon, Buffalo Springs, and Woodrow. Arrival takes longer than an in-town call — dispatch will give you a real window, not a guess. Farther out (Levelland, Post, Tahoka, Plainview)? Call anyway; if we can't get to you at a fair price, we'll say so instead of leaving you waiting.
Rural & farm road recovery
A large share of our winch-out work happens off the numbered highways — caliche section roads, cotton field turn-rows, and playa edges. GPS pins help enormously out there: if you can share your location from your phone, dispatch can route the truck to within feet of you.
